To Mr. Paul Henderson (Pres./CEO Menu Foods), Good day. Thought that you would like to see this article. Although this situation is rather extreme it does demonstrate that people truly love their companion animals. As a company, you have displayed poor behavior especially at your initial press conference; not once did you or your colleague express a single condolence to the woman, who had just lost her dog (6 day agonizing death because of your contaminated pet food) before or after she asked you a question. Menu Foods was too slow making the "contaminated food" announcement and you made yourselves unreachable by phone on you web site as did Petsmart. You lied to the public about the deaths of healthy cats and dogs that you force fed (when you put contaminated food in front of animals without offering them other options and because they trust you and don't know that you are only providing them with toxic meals that is FORCE FEEDING) and many of them died...then you lied at the press conference stating euphemistically that the "panels" and "taste tests" showed no signs of toxicity. We will be watching. Thank you. Sincerely,
